Cancellation policy:

Styled by Kyra has a 24 hour cancellation policy.

I understand that things happen, but your stylist's time is incredibly valuable. Giving as much notice to cancel/reschedule is appreciated.

Please contact Kyra a minimum of 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment time.

 

Cancellation policy applies to ALL appointments.

You may change or cancel your appointment by emailing styledbykyrallc@gmail.com . You may also request to change your appointment online at styled-by-kyra.square.site . If outside of business hours, please email your request to cancel or request to cancel online. This policy is in place as most appointments require an extensive amount of time reserved on my schedule and may not be filled upon late cancellations.

Late Policy:

 

I kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so you can check in and I can assist you in being ready for your service.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, this may result in adjusting your appointment to a shorter service, in this case your service total will reflect the full amount of the appointment you have scheduled. If you arrive more than 15 min past your scheduled appointment, this could also result in the need to reschedule your service for a later date.
